B Sc MLT: Bachelor of Science (Medical Lab Technology):

Duration of Course: 3 years + six months of internship.

Eligibility: Pass with 50% marks in 10+2, ‘A’ Level or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory/optional subjects OR Pass with 50% marks in Diploma in Medical Lab Technology after 10th or O Level from any recognized board/university, in any country.

About B Sc MLT:

Medical Lab Technology is a Clinical Science where the technologists searches for evidence of presence, extent or absence of a disease and also provide valuable data to measure the effectiveness of treatment through clinical laboratory tests.

Medical Lab technologist work in different areas of clinical laboratory like  Blood banking, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology, cytotechnology, phlebotomy, urinalysis, coagulation, parasitology and serology.

The course is designed to acquire necessary clinical skills to satisfy the ever growing need for competent medical laboratory technologist.  Acharya provides better integration of clinical and theoretical skills to mould you in to a finer professional and help you to pace with current trends in the profession.
